Chicken Caesar Wrap

   Cook the Chicken

   • Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken with 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and the garlic powder until evenly coated.
   • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
   • Add the seasoned chicken to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
   • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to cool slightly.

   Prepare the Caesar Dressing

   • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and anchovy paste (if using) until smooth.
   • Stir in 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the remaining 0.25 tsp of salt, and 0.25 tsp of black pepper.
   • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

   Combine the Salad

   • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, the cooked chicken pieces, and the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
   • Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad.
   • Toss gently with tongs until everything is well-combined and evenly coated.

   Assemble the Wraps

   • Warm the tortillas for 15-20 seconds in a microwave or a dry pan to make them soft and pliable.
   • Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a quarter of the chicken Caesar salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
   • Fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla over the filling, then tightly roll it from the bottom up to create a secure burrito-style wrap.
   • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

   Serve

   • Slice the wraps in half diagonally with a sharp knife.
   • Serve immediately for the best texture and to prevent sogginess.
