Fruit Smoothie with Yogurt and Spinach

Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen mixed berries (Such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
• 1 medium ripe banana (For best results, peel, slice, and freeze beforehand)
• 1 cup fresh spinach (Firmly packed)
• 0.5 cup plain greek yogurt (Use non-fat or full-fat as preferred)
• 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk (Or any milk of your choice)
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds (Optional, for added fiber and thickness)
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup (Optional, for extra sweetness)

   Add ingredients to the blender in the correct order for the smoothest blend. Pour in the almond milk first, followed by the Greek yogurt, fresh spinach, chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using).
