Seafood Chowder with Irish American Soda Bread

Ingredients

• 1 large Egg (Lightly beaten)
• 1 cup Raisins (Can be substituted with currants or other dried fruit)
• 1 tbsp Caraway Seeds (Optional, but classic for this style)
