Add the chopped onions and sauté for 5-6 minutes until they turn soft and golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies. Cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

Fry the sausages. Add the sliced sausages to the pan. Toss everything together gently to coat the sausages evenly with the masala. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sausages to heat through and get slightly browned at the edges. If the masala starts to stick, you can add a splash of water.
Garnish and serve. Sprinkle the garam masala over the top and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice. Give it a final mix. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
