Soft Paneer Khichdi

Prepare the base ingredients
Wash the brown rice and moong dal thoroughly. Drain the water from soaking. Chop the vegetables and cube the paneer.

Cook the khichdi

- Add the turmeric powder and salt. Mix everything gently.
- Pour in 4 cups of water and stir well.
- Secure the lid and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles on medium heat.
