METHOD · 4 STEPS
Heat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Core the apples, leaving the base intact, and set in a small baking dish.
Mix the cinnamon with the chopped walnuts and a squeeze of lemon, then spoon into the centre of each apple.
Add a splash of water to the dish and bake 25–30 minutes, until soft when pierced.
Serve warm, with a spoon of Greek yogurt for protein if you like.
