METHOD · 4 STEPS
Peel, slice and freeze ripe bananas for at least 3 hours (do this in advance).
Blend the frozen slices with a splash of milk, stopping to scrape down, until thick and creamy.
Add cinnamon and peanut butter if using, and blend once more.
Eat straight away as soft-serve, or freeze 30 minutes for a scoopable texture.
