Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the remaining blue cheese crumbles for a chunky texture. If you prefer a thinner dressing, stir in the buttermilk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
